Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us. However, because fireworks are classified as hazardous goods, they must be returned using a specialist hazardous goods courier. The cost of this courier service is your responsibility.
If you are unable to arrange this, we can recover the goods ourselves, and the cost of recovery will be deducted from any refund due.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
